3. Application: Roll the bottle briefly between your palms for a thinner gel. The Rubber Base can be applied in one, two, or multiple layers. Cure under an LED lamp: 60 seconds for the first thin layer and 60 seconds for a fuller layer. Start with two thin layers; a third fuller layer is optional but usually not necessary.
4. Finishing Touch: Do not remove the sticky layer of the Base Coat; continue with a French manicure look, a color layer, or finish with your choice of CARMA Top Coat.
Curing Time: UV: 2 min / LED: 60 sec.
