We ship with DHL and your package will usually be with you within 1-2 business days! For shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium, you can expect a delivery time of 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

We offer various payment methods to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. Think of Paying with iDEAL, Creditcard, Bankcontact Mister Cash, paying afterwards with Klarna, Paypal, VVV Gift Card, Fashion Cheque and in some regions also alternative payment methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Shortly after your purchase, you will receive an email with your order details. You will usually receive this within a few minutes of completing your purchase. Sometimes, the confirmation email may end up in your spam or junk mail folder. We recommend that you check these folders before continuing.

Once you have placed your order, we are unfortunately unable to change the items or quantity. However, we can correct typographical errors in your name, email address, phone number, or address.

While we are unable to change the contents of your order, you can cancel one or more items as long as they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and details!

Acrylates and Allergies
We are aware of the concerns about acrylate allergies that can arise when using gel nail polish. Gel nail polish always contains acrylates, but the acrylates in our formulas have been carefully selected and are safer than the commonly used HEMA acrylate. That is why we call our products HEMA-free, which contributes to safer use.
Usage Tips for Safety
To ensure safety, it is important to keep the following in mind: Avoid Skin Contact: Make sure the nail polish does not come into contact with your skin.
Use the Correct Lamp: Always choose a curing lamp that is the same brand as the nail polish to ensure optimal curing.
